A Story of Sucsses
তখন পশ্চিমবঙ্গে বামফ্রণ্ট সরকারের শাসন চলছে। একটি অতি দারিদ্র ঘরের ছেলে অন্যের জমিতে দৈনিক মুজুরীতে কাজ করে নিজের পড়াশুনার খরচ চালাতো , সাথে মা বাবা কে সাহায্য করতো। কারণ তার বাবা প্রায় সমসময় অসুস্থ থাকতো কাজ করতে পারতো না , মাও অন্যের বাড়িতে কাজ করতো সংসার চালানোর জন্য। এভাবে অতি কষ্টে দিন কাটছিলো। ছেলেটা মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষা পাশ করলো প্রথম বিভাগে। তারপর সবার চোখে আসলো , সবাই একটু ভালো ছাত্র বলে সমীহ করতে লাগলো। গ্রামের অনেকে ছেলেটাকে তাদের ছোট ছেলে মেয়েদের পাড়াতে অনুরোধ করলো , অর্থাৎ গৃহ শিক্ষক হতে বললো । ছেলেটিও ভাবলো অন্যের বাড়িতে কাজ করার চেয়ে এভাবে আয় করাটা অনেক ভালো। তাই সে গৃহশিক্ষকের কাজটা শুরু করলো। কিছু দিনের মধ্যে তার কাছে অনেক ছাত্র পড়তে এলো। সে প্রধান শিক্ষক কে বলে পাড়ার বিদ্যালয়ের একটি শ্রেণীকক্ষ নিলো এবং সকালে ও বিকেলে তাতে ছোট ছোট ছাত্রদের পড়ানো শুরু করলো । এর আয় থেকে তার পড়াশুনা এবং সংসার দুটোই ভালোই চলতে লাগলো। এভাবে সে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ও কলেজ উতীর্ণ হলো। কলেজ পড়ার সময় বামফ্রন্টের ডাকে বাম ছাত্র সংগঠন এবং পরে বাম যুব সংগঠনে যোগ দিয়েছিলো । গরীব ছেলে,ভেবে ছিল শাসক দলের ছত্রছায়ায় থাকলে সরকারি একটা ভালো সুযোগ পাওয়া যাবে। ছেলেটা সরকারি চাকুরীর পরীক্ষা দিতে শুরু করলো , কয়েকটা লিখিত পরীক্ষা পাশ করলো , এবং Interview দিয়ে ছিল অনেক আশা ও খুশি নিয়ে। তারপর শাসক দলের তাবড় নেতাদের অনুরোধ করেছিল ,সবাই নিশ্চিন্ত থাকার আশাও দিয়েছিল।তাই ছেলেটা ভেবেছিলো যাইহোক এবার যেকো একটাতে চাকুরী হলে নিজেকে এবং মা বাবাকে অনেক ভালো রাখতে পারবে। কিন্তু এক এক করে যখন ফল বেরোলো তখন ছেলেটা ধীরে ধীরে হতাশায় ভেঙে পরলো। কারণ,কোনো মেধা তালিকায় তার নাম আসেনি । কিন্তু অনেক কম নাম্বার থাকা কিছু বন্ধুদের চূড়ান্ত তালিকায় নাম এসেছে। পরে ছেলেটা জানতে পেল ২ থেকে ৫ লক্ষ টাকার বিনিময়ে এসব হয়েছে।গরিব ছেলে নগদ ২ হাজার টাকা জমা নেই এতো টাকা কোথায় পাবে। যাইহোক রাজ্যের চাকুরীর আশা ছেড়ে দিলো এবং শাসকদলের সাথে সব যোগাযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করে গৃহ শিক্ষকের কাজে মনোনিবেশ করলো। অন্য চাকুরীর পরীক্ষার প্রস্ততি শুরু করলো । বামের লোক বলে তখনকার বিরোধী দলেও জায়গা পেলো না। পশ্চিমবঙ্গে নির্বাচন হলো বামফ্রন্ট হেরে গেলো নতুন দল তৃণমূল ক্ষমতায় এলো। নতুন সরকার গঠন হলো। তারপর নতুন শাসক দলের অনেক নেতা একদিন ছেলেটাকে হুমকি দিয়ে বললো " তুই বাম করেছিস , তুই চাকরি কি করে পাস তা আমরা দেখে নিবো "। গরীব ছেলে প্রতিবাদ করার ক্ষমতা নেই কারণ পাশেও কেই নেই। তাই , ছেলেটা ভয়ে , সংসারের ও মা বাবার চিন্তায় নিজেকে অনেকটা গুটিয়ে নিয়ে ঘরবন্দি করেছিল।কিন্তু নতুন সব নেতা ছেলেটার বিরুদ্ধে নানান প্রতিবন্ধকতা সৃষ্টি করলো ,অবশেষে সংসার বাঁচাতে ছেলেটা বাধ্য হয়ে একটা প্রাইভেট সংস্থায় কাজে যোগদিলো। সেই প্রাইভেট সংস্থায় কাজ করা কালীন পড়াশুনা চালিয়ে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের চাকুরীর পরীক্ষা দিতে থাকলো এবং দু'বছরের মধ্যে ছেলেটা সাফল্য লাভ করলো, সে এখন কেদ্রীয় সরকারের ভারতীয় রেল এর অধীনে চাকুরীরত।সে এখন মা বাবা কে নিয়ে ভালো আছে এবং সুখে আছে।

Then the left-front government ruling in West Bengal. The son of a very poor housekeeper working on a daily wage in other's land .From this income he paid his own education fee and rest of the money was used to help his parents. Because his father almost always remain in ill and unable to do any work. His mother also worked in the household of others for family. Thus, in the great crisis the day was passing. The boy passed the secondary examination in the first division. After that he come every one's attention.Everyone seemed a little respect for a being good student. Many people of the village request to the boy to teach their children, that is to be a home teacher. The boy thought it was better way to earn than to work in someone else's land.So, he started his work as a private tutor.with in few days many students come to him to studying. After taking permission the school head teacher,the boy took a class room in his village school and in the morning and evening there he started teaching for younger students.From tuition income his studies fees and his family expenditure was continued well. Thus, he complete higher secondary and graduation. while studying in collage he joined left student union an later left youth organization on calling of left front. Poor boy , thought that if he was remain under the shadow of ruling party he will get a good government opportunity.the boy started to appear government job examination,passed a few written test and attend in all interview with a lots of hopes and happiness.Then the boy request to the big leaders of ruling party for doing something in favor of him , everyone gave him the hope of staying clam. So, the boy thought that once he got a job he can keep himself and his parents very well.But , When one by one result outing the boy slowly broke into despair. Because, his name did not appear in any merit list. But his some friends with far fewer number have come up with the final list.Later the boy found out that ll of this was done with 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs rupees. Poor boy, there is no deposit of cash 2000 rupees,can he get this much money. However, he lost hope of a government job in the state and all contract with ruling party was stopped. Focused on private tuition and began a hard preparation for other job examination.Since he was supporter of left front party so, opposition party did not give him a opportunity. Elections were held in West Bengal , the left front was lost. The new party Trinumul Congress come to the powered and a new government was formed. After that, one day many leader of ruling party tell some as threatened to the boy that is " You was do left-front , let's see how you can get a state government job " ! Needy boy so he have no ability to protest and nobody supported him.So, the boy was afraid ,worried about family and the parents folded himself at room.But all the leaders made many obstacles against the boy. Finally the boy was bounded to join a private organization job to save his family.He continued to study for central government job examination while he was working for that private company and within two years he was successful. He is now employed in Indian Railways under Central government. He is very good with his parents now and there is happiness.
